Requisition lines doubling up when the PO is cancelled

Hello

When the PO is cancelled (related requisition line is not cancelled) the requisition lines that are matched to those PO are getting doubled?

E.g. we have a PO with one line and matched to a requisition which ihas got one line, now when the Po is cancelled requisition lines increaed to 2 from 1 and in some cases the values are different as well
