Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I have a PO with rate Eur

my functional currency is USD

create a PO the rate is 1.2 date is on 01-jul-2013

Do receiving on 3 - july-2013 the rate is 1.3

do deliver to inventory on 5 - july - 2013 rate 1.4

Create accounting on 7 july 2013 rate 1.5

I need to transfer to GL

what rate will use the system? in each trnasaction
