Why root.sh fails in node2 after oracle11 grid installation

after successful installation on 2 nodes and successful runoff root.sh in node1 in node 2: running root.sh in node2: [root@vmorarac2 dev]# /u01/app/product/11.2.0/oracle/root.sh Running Oracle 11g root.sh script...
