Should You Install the A9.3 Web Enablement Version from the edelivery Oracle Site?

The answer is no

The A9.3 Web Enablement version at https://edelivery.oracle.com/ is not going to be the most current version. The latest version of Web Enablement should be downloaded from the JD Edwards Update Center. The Update number is A93WEB and is case sensitive.
