MIGRATION ADVISOR | ADVICE | NEED CUSTOM ADVISOR PLAN

The Oracle Upgrade Essientials was very informative and Advisors very nice.
Our organization needs a more customized "Advisor"/plan to help with step by step migration and thorough documentation.
We received very "generic" responses from support, and I was hoping in a proactive effort to gather more information
from the user community and oracle support as to best practices and approaches for our unique circumstance.

OUR CURRENT SPECS:

We are currently on (production) : windows 2003 R2, 4 node Rac, with the following hardware configuration:

Operating System Microsoft Windows Server 2003 R2 Server 5.2 Service Pack 2 (64-bit)
Hardware Platform ProLiant DL580 G4
CPUs 16 (hyperthreaded)
Memory Size (MB) 36863
