Item in Material Transactions

Need your inputs on the below requirement. We have a requirement from business to

- Create an inventory item with the below attributes

Inventory TAB

Inventory Item Unchecked

Stockable Unchecked

Transactable Unchecked

Under Order Management TAB

Customer Order Checked

Customer Orders Enabled Checked

Shippable Checked

Under Invoicing TAB

Invoiceable item - Checked

Invoice Enabled - Checked

Item is not an Expense item

Item is Costed with a nominal amount , say 1 USD and is active

Objective is not have the on hand qty in Inventory, but we need to use this as a line item in Sales orders (we were able to do and perform the ship confirm) and be able to view the Material Transactions and Distributions
