Vendor Site Creation API Error

 Hi,
The vendor site creation gives me the following error:

API ERROR : Operating Unit Info is Null
API ERROR : Operating Unit access is not allowed. Please check that you have access to the operating unit 

The vendor has been created successfully.

Let me know if you have any suggestions to fix this issue.

We are working on 12.1.3.
