How to enable command rules in audit only mode in database vault..

Hello,

          We have recently implemented database vault in our organization, and for POC purposes, we want to restrict the users on performing DDLs based on time of day, etc. I can create command rule to achieve that, but as it is a POC, we want to get the violation reports, but we don't want to restrict the users as of now. so how can I achieve this, we want to enable our command rules and rule sets but we don't want to restrict the DDL operations now, we want to get the reports on who violated, and what they did,
