Device checks for ASM fails while configuring

Receving a warning while runnig the configuration assistant. This is a fresh 11.2.0.3 grid install.Unable to determine the sharedness of asm disks on both the nodes.
PRVF-9802: Attempt to get udev info from node
-Cause: Attempt to read the udev permissions file failed, probably due to missing permissions directory, missing or invalid permissions file, or permission file not accessible to use account running the check.

Can i ignore this error message or is there any fix for this?
