RPAS 13.4.1.1 Classic Client -- Help needed to run down an intermittent "RPAS Foundation Client Soft
User works for while, then on a save/commit/save format/make a new worksheet type of action, the client issues the following error:
"RPAS Foundation Client Software has Stopped Working".
In the RPAS.log we see either of these two messages
"Client closed, shutting down RpasDbServer."
or
"Failed to write to Oracle SSL connection: NZERROR_SSLIOErr (28862)"
This has been user/workstation specific, where everytime a user opens then tries to work in the workbook, the message appears. Mysteriously, it also just stopped happening when we specified "-loglevel all" in the client shortcut.
