Which is recommended user to install Oracle Goldengate ?

1) Which is Oracle Supported & recommended user to install Oracle Goldengate ?

2) Can we install oracle goldengate on OS user who owns ORACLE Database or Oracle Grid Infrastructure
or any OS user who can read Oracle Read/Archive logs ?

3) Document says that :
"(Classic capture mode) In classic capture mode, the Extract process reads the redo
logs directly and must operate as an operating system user that has read access to
the log files, both online and archived."

 Does it mean that if we use INtegrated extract or Downstream Integrated Extract , we can can install Goldengate on any
OS user who is not part of any groups as that of Oracle database user or Oracle Grid User ?
