I am using shipping to customer with a drive I need to track the delivery with the driver and chek i

I have ,any orders to many customers

Pick and Pack  and ship

Then packing slip reports is issued for each customer

the drive will take the shipment and go to deliver the goods for the customer

The drive will return

1 - How can I make sure that the driver already deliver the goods to the driver

2 - Is this part is related to OTM?

3 - Is there any workaround in shipping execution/OM?
