Activitiy report

Hi I am trying to create what I thought would be a simple  Activity report but I am getting stuck.

I want to show users and the activities they have completed for the past 7 days.  I have put this togher date selection fine but I also want to show the users that have not completed any activities. I have tired show blank rows in pivot but still nothing.  I have tried a compbined anaylsis too but cant seem to get it right.

I only need in report Created by, Actviity Type and # of activities completed.

Can anyone help?
