Notification: Identify Inventory to Cycle Count

We are on 12.1.3 and have been using cycle counting for a couple of years.  On 7/2/13, for the first time, a notification was generated with subject 'Identify Inventory Cycle Count'.  Along with the notification was a message stating, 'You use ABC classes to identify the value groupings to which your items belong. You define these classes using your own terminology.
