OL 6 Update 4 and RPMs

I want to build a new 12c database on a linux box.
I have a new box and I am going to install OL 6 Update 4.  After that I will install a new 12c database.

My question is will all the necessary RPMs be on the box from the OL 6 Update 4 install or will I have to track them down?

I have read these documents:

Requirements for Installing Oracle Database 12.1 on RHEL6 or OL6 64-bit (x86-64) [ID 1529864.1]

Oracle® Database Quick Installation Guide 12c Release 1 (12.1) for Linux x86-64

So will the ALL RPMs that I need be installed with OL or will I have to go find some more RPMs?

Howdy, Stranger!
