Where the LOV for Global Receipt Method Accounts (tab Others) are registered?

 Hi all,

In Brazil, we have a form named Global Receipt Method Accounts and in R12 there is a new tab named Others.

All the fields are required, but there is no option in the list of values.

I want to know where to register these values.

The fields are: 

Collection Format Media
Factoring Format Program
Occurrence Report Format Program
Occurrence File Format Program
