How to set up single source / multi directional replication using Streams?

We currently have a table level uni-direction Streams replication (local capture) between Oracle 10.2.0.3 RAC and 10.2.0.4.This replication includes 96 tables.
We would like to set up a new schema level replication (local capture) between the same source and a 11gR2 RAC database (11.2.0.3).
This schema is the owner of the currently replicated 96 tables.
Is this a possible scenario?
Is there any way to keep propagating incoming data to the current destination while the new destination is being setup?
