FSG publishes with rows and numerous columns of green color fill...Why and how to change to "No Fill

Since our migration from version 11i (using desktop ADI) to R12 (being required to use webadi), FSGs publish with header rows filled with green color cells; all columns of the Excel sheet are filled with the green color cells.

What is needed to change the FSG publishing withOUT having any fill color?
