R077011 tax Integrity report... does this update summary?
We set up a new post-tax deduction (a Roth 401k).
However, we neglected to make it post-tax when we set it up in production, so the deductions went into the Excludable, so to speak.
We updated the excludable in the tax detail, but have not updated the summary. We thought the integrity would clean that up.
It is not. Does the tax integrity only update tax IDs? I thought it would compare detail to summary and ‘re-balance’ the summary to match the detail.
Am I mistaken?
We have done proof – final – proof.
We can manually update the summary on each easily enough, but again, thought the integrity would clean that up for us.
