Taking Ownership of RAC Databases

Hi All,

i need your expert guidence, actually i am in phase to take the owner ship of RAC databases which we can say as transition of RAC Database. Can any one help me by guiding me that what things i should consider while taking ownership from current owner. what qestions i should ask current owner team.
