BackOrder on Pick Slip Process

Dear All,
I'm doing A sales Order process with this case
 ITEM X , On Hand = 5, Committed = 4, Back Order= 0, Available = 1

*   Then I made sales Order for Item X = 3, then details line will show  Status (520/540)
*   Then I'm Running Pick Slip, Hard Commit = 1. it will print just 1 Qty
*   status of item  ITEM X ,On Hand = 5, Committed = 4, Back Order= 2, Available = 0
*  SO Details line :  Qty = 1, status (540/560)
                              Qty = 2, Status (902/540), Qty Back order = 2
*  I'm adding adjustment Qty = 1, and Available qty = 1
*  Run Pick Slip but no report print out

Question ?
* Why Pick slip not running after I add Qty for Item X ?
My Assumption it still available qty = 1.
