Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Not able to create new customer

Hi,

Iam not able to create new customer in AR and getting below error when trying to do so:

Version: 11.5.10.2

APP-AR-96282: Error:The Following SQL error occured:
ORA-00001: Unique Constraint (AR.HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES U2) Violated

Most of the notes on metalink regarding this issue are not appropriate.

Please advice.
