migrating from X2-2 to X3-2.

Hi ,
Customer in the process of migrating all there exadata production databases from Exadata Half Rack (X2-2) to Exadata Full Rack (X3-2).,

In order to this they are planning to restore the standby database backup to the new server and then recover.,

They need  the detailed steps that need to be carried out for this?
