Are you using the Master GDF Proactively ?

 Submit the Master GDF Diagnostic script  date_range.sql  periodically to validate data and resolve issues as soon as they occur, even before any error been displayed.
 Find and download the last version in Doc ID 1360390.1.

 Install the Master GDF as a Concurrent Process then every user will be able to submit it.

Are you using the Proactive 3 Steps to Solve and Prevent AP Issues?
  
    1. Periodically - Submit the MGD Diagnostics (Doc ID 1360390.1)    and GDFs

   2. Weekly,  after submitting Create Accounting - Run the Period close Helper (PCH) (
