Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to Invalidate dictionary cache

Hello

I would like to know whether rowcache/dictionary cache can be invalidated by a other mean than flushing the shared pool ?

I have a database (10g) where rowcache seems to be reloaded regularly. and i would like to know why.
