Are you using the master GDF Proactively ?

Submit  the  Master GDF Diagnostic script : date_range.sql   Periodically to validate data and resolve issues as soon as they occur.  Even before any error been displayed .  
Download the last version from Doc ID 1360390.1.

 

Install the Master GDF Diagnostics as a Concurrent Process,  then every user will be able to submit it.

Are  you using the Proactive 3 steps Process to  Solve and Prevent AP Issues ?

 

  1. Periodically - Run the  MGD Diagnostics  (Doc ID 1360390.1)  and GDFs
  1. Weekly,   after submitting Create Accounting -  Run the Period Close Helper (PCH)  (Doc ID  1489381.1) and GDFs
