SMT OFF on AIX 6.1 and Oracle 11g parallelism

Hi ,

Is it possible to implement 11g oracle parallelism on AIX (6.1) server where smt is OFF ?

 

System configuration: type=Shared mode=Uncapped smt=Off lcpu=12 mem=48639MB psize=16 ent=6.00
