US HRMS 12.1 RUP6 16000686 Bug Fixes

I'd like to know if there is a release note that provides the list of bug fixes included in HRMS 12.1 RUP6.

I've read two release notes related to the RUP6 patches as follows:

Document ID: 1556620.1 for Oracle Payroll and 1557208.1 for Oracle HRMS for America

These release notes do not provide the list of bug fixes included in the RUP6 patchset.  I found two bug fixes included the RUP6 on my own testing: Bug #14462072 and Bug #14468848.
