Korea validation for Registration Number

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question
The Korea national Identifier uses your birth date as the first 6 digits in the ID.  YYMMDD format.

 

I see in Oracle HCM, even though we have DOB populated in Oracle, it doesn’t not validate to ensure the DOB and the first 6 digits of the Registration ID aligned.

 

Is this something Oracle has fixed in a patch?  Do they offer the validation at all?
