Sales Order lines are duplicating requsitions

Hi,

Not used this before but thought I'd give it a go.

We are currently having a problem with Sales orders -

Where stock is not availible in the warehouse, a sales order line will create a requsition to purchase. We are seeing cases where the sales order line has created a requsition, it then has a manual blanket release created by one of the purchasing team.

We are then seeing a new requsition created (even though the line has changed status to PO Open) and again a new Blanket Release is created manually by the purchasing team which then knocks the link off the original Blanket Release from the sales order line.
