R 12.1.3 Generate Field Service Trips

 R12.1..3Generate Field Service Trips is not pulling for supplier who as an older resource which has an end date.  Rather the Generate Field Service Trips is grabbing the END DATED Resource vs the New One.  I adjusted the name on the resource and verified it only sees the one that is end dated and the ACTIVE resource is not showing in the LOV.

Ideas?  Is there a way to PURGE old resources which are end dated or is this a bug in Generate Field Service Trips?
