RCOIS-Set Instance

 Hi,
We are using ABO Workflows to start the E-Configurator and internally  RCOIS API's are used to create, manipulate and end Configurator sessions.

In our Case "Product Configurator - Use Remote Service" is set to False and our O.M behaves as Configurator.

In Some random Cases Setting the Instance in RCOIS is taking more time.

Can You please explain the various factor's causing this Slowness.

Does the Server Parameter related to Configurator is causing this Issues( eProdCfgNumOfCachedObjects=1000, eProdCfgNumbOfCachedFactories=10,eProdCfgNumbOfCachedWorkers=50).

Please explain how to debug this Further?
