Can we create the Requisition based on the back date ??

 I HAVE THE CASE IN WHICH I DO RECEIVE THE MATERIAL FROM THE SUPPLIER AND ENTER IT INTO THE REGISTR MANUALLY. Here the Client I should begins with Requisiton and enters the Requisition in the back date but as u know in requisition we need to enter the Need by date and Promised Date and Need by date cannot be enter into the back date even for a second so can you please suggest me to cater from this situation ??
