Password Approved/Rejected link under the email not being work

  I explored that oracle provide forget password option incase employee foget their password. to provide this solution, we configured the setup as mentioned.

  1.  GO> System Profied Under the admisnistrator responsibillity

        Change "Local Login Mask  " to 40.

        After changing the profile link availabe on login page.

   2. User click on "Forget Link" then system open window then user enter their name who forgotted their password.

       when user submit request then notifiction recevie on emial of user.

      

        On emial notification, two option avialabe whether approve or reject.

        when user click any of them system open another window of email instead of sending notification.
