OCR disk missed

Hi Team,
In our environment, the disk  where OCR and voting disks resides missed suddenly and we don't have backup  of OCR in
$CRS_HOME/cdata/<clusternodes01 &02> location.
Could you please tell me how to restore the particular lun  from OS side and how to restore OCR/VOTING file?
