Exchange Rate for Secondary Ledger Transactions

Dear All,

We are using Exchange Rate Type = 'User', with a user-defined rate for a Journal Voucher entered in USD.

On Posting to Primary Ledger, having Ledger Currency PKR, it will use the user-defined Rate. (Example 1USD = 101PKR)

When Posting to Secondary Ledger, having Ledger Currency EUR, What Exchange Rate would be used or How will the Exchange Rate be calculated.

Please advise
