Is it possible to have the concurrent program parameter required dynamically

Hi Experts,

I urgently need consultation on the following point:

I want to design a concurrent program suppose with Name as input parameter. Now suppose this concurrent program is run by a batch then the Name parameter should not be a required field but if ran by a user then it should be mandatory. Can this be possible?
