Application hangs on opening

Hi,
I am facing the Issue in opening Appication
 

when opening an application and clicking find, the application would just show processing for a long time.

 

The only way to correct this is to log out and log back in.  Once I log in this the exact application, Application was having problems with returns results immediately.I have tried adding the registry changes for IE8 to add more connections.
