iSupport -> Contact Us-> Customer Callback Request. Whom does the call back notification gets assig

Hi Experts,1. We are in process of implementing Oracle iSupport Module. 
2. We have not implemented Customer care module. 

In iSupport -> Contact Us-> Customer Callback Request option is available. 

My question here is that to Whom does the call back request gets assigned?
