Multiple Data Browser

We are upgrading from 8.11 to 9.1 and users are needing to have both 8.11 and 9.1 data browser running at the same time. When I am in 9.1 and launches data browser it is fine if I am in both releases and launch it from 8.11 it takes over my 9.1 data browser. Is there a way to have both launched at the same time in 2 different E1 releases?
