Order Timings are dropping

Hi,  When future orders entered with Dates of Pick date, and Negotiated ship date  with timings as HH:MM:SS,  Say  Negotiated ship date is 5th August with Time of 11:02:15.   On running Repost Program R42995,  These timings are dropping off.    Looking suggestions please
