Hi,

Here are some suggestions to help use and get the most out of YOUR Oracle Support Communities.

Make sure you are posting to the correct Community
If you are looking for assistance to a specific issue, you are likely to get a response provided you post it in the right Community, where members with knowledge regarding your topic are available.

Documents vs. Discussions/Questions:
The Documents section of each Community is for articles/scripts/solutions in order to share knowledge or content in the community. If you have a question or discussion that you are looking for collaboration on, then make sure to post it using 'Create a Community Post'.
