Eliminations is not creating a Journal

Hi All,

I am facing a problem in Production where an elimination set is not creating a journal. I checked the the log file where it displays the following message:

GLEL0015: The following journal(s) have not been generated due to an invalid code combination id.

And in between the log file, I can see the  following which says

 "SHRD0180: glecnc() - Performing action >> create_new_code_combination...
SHRD0026: Current system time is: 22-JUL-2013 08:57:31
Value "account_value" has been disabled.
SHRD0030: glecnc() encountered an error returning from fdfkfa( FFCSEGSID )

There a few accounts which are disabled in the system and I think that's why elimination is hitting those accounts and not creating a journal. But if the accounts are disabled, they shouldn't be picked by Elimination to be processed. And there is no balance in these disabled accounts. We are using a parent value for the All Accounts and it is working fine for all other eliminations except for 2. I am not sure why this is happening.
