Using Opatch for bug# 16398691 in cloud control produces error

During the Analyze of the Validation step within Patches & Updates of Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c, an issue will be displayed that states it need resolved.

Namely....

Task: PrepareAgentHomeForPatching

STEP: PostScriptPrerequisiteCheck  - Error

I have looked for information pertaining to this error but so far have been unable to find anything.
