Patch 16527513 : RTI - 11I TO 12.1 UPGRADE FAILS ON CREATION OF RTI API USER HOOK CALLS

I have just run another test 11.5.10.2 to R12.1.1 upgrade.

Previously I had not applied patch 16527513 before running the upgrade and I had 75 failures modules fail with the message "ORA-06512: at "APPS.HR_API_USER_HOOKS_UTILITY", line 891"

Each time I had to check the message and the skip the worker.

This time I applied patch 16527513 before running the upgrade and only had 5 errors of this type. This in itself is fantastic as it reduces the checking and intervention of a long running patch.

But I just wanted to check / report that I still got these errors. Is this expected ?
