Getting "AWT Tax Range Invalid" hold on invoices in 11i AP.. have following withholding tax Group an

Hi

I am facing this issue of "AWT Tax Range Invalid" hold. I have following status of the AWT Group and related Taxes -

AWT_Group - AWT-CO-PROF - Desc: Company-PROF - 11.33%

Following Taxes in Group -

AWT_1   10% - active
AWT_2    0% - active since 01-APR-2009 --> Inactivated on 31-Mar-2013
           .  33% - inactive since 31-MAR-2009     
AWT_3    0% - active since 01-APR-2009 --> Inactivated on 31-Mar-2013
               1% - inactive since 31-MAR-2009 

Invoice Date and GL Date is current i.e. 22-Jul-13

Plesae help resolve ASAP
