Hyperion Planning performance with IE8 and IE9

Hello

I am looking for a little guidance.  We are in the midst of installing Hyperion modules including Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.2.  Based on the note 1355681.1, IE8 and IE9 should both be supported with this product.  We have also reviewd the note 820892.1 to ensure we have the recommended settings.

We are still having performance issues with Windows XP/Windows 7 - IE8.  Simple forms can sometimes take up to 10 minutes to load. 

I did some research and I do not find any information regarding performance problems with IE8 or IE9 specifically.  Is anyone aware of issues with IE8 or IE9?  We tried using Firefox and that works well, but the Corporation will not allow us to use Firefox due to security issues.
