Installation of BI Publisher for NMS switching printing and upgrade path

 We are installing BI Publisher with our NMS 1.11.0.3 installation. Soon we will be upgrading to 1.11.0.4, which requires a new version of Weblogic. Our current installation of BI Publisher running on the same Weblogic server that also hosts our NMS application. I'm wondering that when we start our upgrade process, will I have to install and reconfigure BIPub when I install the new version of weblogic?
