Partial backorder - create incorrect shipped qty

Hi,

Have you ever experienced the following:

The original order was for 4 (say on line 3.000).  We had one on hand.  A pickslip printed for a qty of 1.  Line 3.001 was created for qty 3 (backorder qty).

Backordered Release was run at later time and we saw qty of 4 (line 3.000) - it should be 3 (since 1 has been picked).

Is it a bug or set up related issue?
