Equipment Work Order : How to restrict user on one status

Hi,
I want to restrict a user to be able to change the status value of the equipment work order for only one specific value.
For example, user XXX can only change the status of the WM to value MJ.
Is it possible to it in JDE 8.11SP1 ? How can i setup it ? ... using security ?
